If you're having second thoughts about your pieces, don't worry, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be washed or altered in any way. 
  • We offer exchanges ONLY if you were sent an incorrect item. We will exchange it for the correct item from your original order if it's in stock. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns & excnahges that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 
  • Delivery fees are not refundable except when you receive an wrong or a faulty item. 

 

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are sorry that you received a faulty item!

Every return leaves a carbon footprint. We want to avoid unnecessary strain on our planet by dealing with faulty items without you having to send your item back to us. 

You can request a refund here. Choose the 'item is faulty' reason. You will then be asked to provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you. 

After your return is processed, if you do not wish to keep the faulty item, please recycle it

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

We currently do not offer free returns.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return. In certain cases we may partly or fully reimburse the cost of your return up to £6 (if you receive a wrong or a faulty item).
