Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.
Every return leaves a carbon footprint. We want to avoid unnecessary strain on our planet by offering you full refund without you having to send your unwanted item back in case you received a damaged item.
To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the damaged item and order number to email@example.com. You refund will be processed within 21 days. Picture of the damaged item will help us understand what happened with the item and we will do our best to avoid it in the future.
We don't offer refund for long delivery times.
In all other cases, if you are unsatisfied with your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund 50% of the price of your order. Alternatively, we can offer you 30% discount on your next order. You don't need to send the item back.
After that, you can either keep the item, gift it or you might want to donate it.
Exchanges are available for alternative sizes and colours only.
For UK orders, if you would like to proceed with exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and what item you want as replacement. If your desired item is in stock, you will need to pay to send your item back to us using Royal Mail 2nd class and we will send you the replacement free of charge as soon as we receive your original item.
For all other countries the process is the same, but you can choose any delivery method to send the item back.
Refund or exchange may be requested up to 14 days after receiving the package. Shipping costs are only refundable in case your order arrived damaged.
