Shipping & Handling
The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are based in China - country that invented silk and has been producing it since 6500 BC - our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
You may notice that our prices are unusually low for genuine silk products - we do everything to keep our running costs to the minimum to keep offering affordable products. Longer shipping times is one of the main ways for us to lock the price down. You will get the same quality of products like the bigger more expensive brands, but at a smaller price.
Processing time: We are a small company and work with manufacturers on a make-to-order basis. As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order fulfilment, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take 1-4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For UK-based orders delivery time will usually be 10-12 days. For other international deliveries the shipping time may vary up to 20 days.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
